I recently had my Mini Cooper S in for its first oil change at Mini Brossard, and although there were a few hiccups initially, the outstanding service recovery by David Belanger, the service director, truly made all the difference.
David went above and beyond to address the issues and ensure my satisfaction. What stood out was his prompt action in sending Karl to pick up my vehicle at my workplace. Karl not only delivered exemplary customer service but also left me a courtesy vehicle as a thoughtful gesture in case I needed one during the maintenance.
David's attention to detail and commitment to customer service shone through when he returned to switch vehicles after the maintenance was completed, making the entire process seamless and convenient.
